The history of MBX began in 2001, in the state of Santa Catarina, in the city of Rio do Sul, in a room measuring approximately 20m2, with a desk, a telephone, a computer and a desire for transformation. Entrepreneur Mauro Bento served his customers as a sales representative for the bearings line. He visited workshops, businesses and industries from all over the Alto and Médio Vale region.
He says that in the beginning, the journey was not always smooth and profitable, he served clients of all sizes, daily sales were not always as expected, but he continued with confidence and focus, celebrating each one: "for me, every client is important, I made many friends and met precious people, I learned a lot", said Mauro.

Over the following years, the idea of opening a store gradually became necessary, until it was put into practice. Once he noticed that as a sales representative he could not meet immediate demands, customers often wanted the product immediately, he soon realized that he could better serve them by opening a store with ready-to-deliver items.
MB Rolamentos, as it was initially called, was created and in a short time became a regional reference in the distribution of bearings and industrial accessories. After a few more years, the restless and observant mind of the businessman yearned for more, "he knew he could do more", now with an extensive client portfolio, a team assembled and much more knowledge, he recognized his market, knew what his customers' pain points were and decided that he would now manufacture his own product and have his own brand. His goal would be that all MBX brand products, all of them, would be solutions that his customers had no access to before.
In 2012, its first creation, now as a manufacturer, revolutionized the market forever. The rudimentary way in which internal cleaning of boiler gas tubes was performed in all industries nationwide would no longer be done manually. It developed, designed and manufactured the MBX 2000 equipment, which was a game-changer and a success. With this product, it entered small, medium and large corporations in the national market, and from then on it continues to consolidate and approve all MBX solutions. It has an important presence in all branches of industry, from boiler manufacturers to any industry that depends on steam generation to manufacture its products, such as the food, meatpacking, textile, timber, chemical, petrochemical and energy industries, among others.
MBX Indústria e Comércio is a 100% national company and is present throughout Brazil, with its shut-off valves, water injectors for boilers, sludge extraction valves, Y filters, check valves and the MBX 2000 equipment that was the beginning of it all.
